What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for standard models is 100 pieces. Custom models (including pattern and size customization) typically start at 500 pieces.
Orders below the MOQ are negotiable, but the unit price will increase accordingly. Specific details will depend on the customization requirements.
Do you support sampling? What is the sampling fee and lead time?
Sampling is supported. The sampling period for standard models is approximately 3 days, and for complex custom models, it is within 5 days.
The sampling fee is fully or partially refundable after the order is placed, depending on the order quantity.
What is the production lead time?
The production lead time for regular orders is 7-15 working days. Larger quantity orders require 15-20 working days.
Urgent order is supported, but it needs to be negotiated based on the workshop’s order schedule.
Are there any requirements for the resolution and format of customized patterns?
High-definition materials are required, with a resolution of at least 300dpi. AI, PSD, or high-definition PNG formats are preferred. Printing uses CMYK color values. It is recommended to confirm the sample color in advance to avoid color difference disputes.
What are the product quality acceptance standards?
Production will be carried out according to the samples and documents confirmed by both parties. Printing should be free of typos, omissions, and fading; the surface should be free of burrs and damage; the anti-slip base should meet the adhesion standards.
Slight color deviations are allowed (normal phenomenon between different batches of printing); dimensions and thickness should meet the agreed tolerances.
Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
OEM/ODM services are supported. We can provide private label production and integrated solutions including product design and mold development.
For ODM, the minimum order quantity and R&D cycle need to be confirmed. A confidentiality agreement can be signed by both parties to ensure the exclusivity of the product design.
What printing ways are available, and what are their advantages?
We support screen printing (single/multi-color, low cost, suitable for simple logos) and heat transfer printing (rich colors, clear patterns, suitable for complex designs).
Screen-printed patterns are slightly raised to the touch, while heat transfer patterns are flatter and have better wear resistance. You can choose according to your needs.
What size mouse pad should I choose?
Office/Laptop users: Choose the standard size (18-30cm x 20-25cm) for space-saving and portability.
Casual gamers: Choose the medium size (30-40cm x 25-30cm) to meet low to medium DPI operation needs.
